👉 Make a short, playful comment about what they’re doing — and then stop talking.
Things like: “Up it goes!” or “You’re spinning so fast!” or “That splash was huge!”
No questions, no demands. These small comments help your child tune in — and start to associate real-life moments with real words.

Carolyn has developed the Connection Kickstart program, working through each strategy in the book 'A Parent's Guide To Early Communication'. This is a specific way of coaching parents, designed to fast track progress.
